Lämpöpumpuilla tuotetaan kaukolämpöä ≥ 80 °C menoveden lämpötilassa. Lämpöpumppujen yhteenlaskettu lämpöteho on noin 25 MW. Laitos voi koostua useammasta lämpöpumppuyksiköstä (4 - 8,5 MW / yksikkö, kaikki LP-yksiköt samalta valmistajalta). Tuotantotehon tulee olla taloudellisesti säädettävä kaukolämmön tarpeen mukaan.
