Hydrographic surveying services in the invitation to tender specified areas, data processing and deliveries as specified in the invitation to tender documentation.

The hydrographic surveys are to be performed with a professinal quality MBES system / LiDAR system and in a professional manner.

The prequalification is stated in this invitation to tender. All Tenderers, that will fulfill the required qualification are considered as eligible service providers. The Buyer will study the Tenders based on the requirements and may ask further clarifications.

The most amount of hydrographic survey work and deliveries, full areas and possibly a part of one area, based on a fixed price 1.4 M€ are the decisive factor on choosing the winning Tender.

Minimum amount of areas to be surveyed and quoted is from A to J. The remaining areas may be quoted as options, which shall be valid for 6 months from signing the Contract.

Remaining defined areas may be quoted as options, if not all defined areas are included into the fixed price quotation. Also a price of additional MBES work (24h and 12h) may be given in the quotation price form. Option prices shall be valid for 6 months from signing the Contract.
