Yleisradio Oy invites you to tender Yle Outside Broadcasting Vehicle Services for FIS World Cup Competitions for Yle hosted FIS World Cup events.
A service contract will be signed with the winner of the competitive tendering.
Altogether 4 competitions will be organised during the validity of the contract, twice in Ruka (Ruka Nordic 2017 and Ruka Nordic 2018) and twice in Lahti (Lahti Ski Games 2018 and Lahti Ski Games 2019).
Please note that the Lahti Ski Games 2019 is confirmed after the World cup season 2017-2018 and the OB services for Lahti Ski Games 2019 is binding only if FIS confirmes the Lahti Ski Games for the year 2019.
According to plan, the service contract will enter into force on 6.11.2017.

Yle (Yleisradio Oy) invites you to tender Outside Broadcasting Vehicle Services for Yle's host broadcasting services at FIS Nordic World Ski Championships Ruka Nordic 2017 and 2018 and Lahti 2018 and 2019.

One OB-truck will be rented to be used in cross country skiing and Nordic Combined (cross country skiing part) events.

The tenderer shall take into account in its tender the compatibility of the offered software and equipment with the systems mentioned in the appendices as well with Yle's operational environment described in the appendices.

Example types of the equipment are included in certain sections of the appendices to a call for tender. Those examples help to describe the functional, technical or qualitative features of the equipment more clearly. In those cases, the tenderer may offer a similar type of device equipment upon its choice. The obligation to show the similarity lies with is the tenderer.

The requirements and objectives for the tenderer and the applicable services, with regard to submitting a bid, are described in detail in Appendix 1.

The tenderer shall be registered in the professional or trade register of its domicile country, if the tenderer is obligated to register to these registers according to its domicile country's national law.

If later requested, the tenderer shall provide relevant certificates (company registration document).

If the tenderer is a group, these requirements shall be met by all its members individually.

If the tenderer uses subcontractors, these requirements shall be met by each subcontractor individually.

Taloudellinen ja rahoituksellinen asema:

The tenderer's economic standing and financial solvency shall be sufficiently stable to provide the customer with the services including the contract. Please see the requirements set in the ESPD form (and below).

It the participant is a group, the requirements shall be met by all its members individually — except the required turn over, which can be met by summing together the turn overs of all the members of the group.

If the participant chooses to meet the mandatory requirements set to the tenderer by relying on the capacities on other entities (f.e subcontractors) these requirements shall be met by each entity individually.

If requested, the tenderer shall provide relevant certificates.

Vähimmäistaso(t):

Sufficient Turn over: The tenderer's turn over for the latest accounting period must be minimum 1 000 000 (one million) EUR.

Sufficient Credit Rating: The tenderer must have a minimum credit rating (credit worthiness) A, according to credit rating system AAA, the highest, to C, the lowest, rated by well known and established credit rating agency. If the tenderer rating cannot be found, the tenderer's situation will be evaluated through the last 3 audited financial statements and/or another similar statement.

Sufficient risk indemnity insurance: The tenderer must have a professional risk indemnity insurance policy with a minimum insured amount of EUR 2 000 000 (two million) EUR.

Tenderer must have references of similar productions. Tenderer must have experience of providing OB-trucks and personnel for Broadcast-operations at FIS or IBU events at Olympic, World Championships or World Cup level.

For example Official Olympics (IOC, OB) Nordic cross-country skiing or biathlon event, FIS Nordic Cross-country Skiing World Championships or IBU Biathlon World Championships event, FIS Nordic Cross-country World Cup or IBU Biathlon World Cup.

Please list at least one event from within the past 5 years.

The customer needs to be able to verify the provided reference. Unspecified reference will not be considered as proof of suitability.
