Arvioitu kokonaisarvo: 530 000 EUR 💰
Lyhyt kuvaus:

Item 1.

Fully automated nucleic acid isolation workstation with closed cabinet for robotic functions, an instrument specific table/housing cabinet to install the instrument on, with readymade protocols/ workflows for three described isolation pipelines. In addition to that, the workstation must be open for chemistry and possible to program and set for several other types and size of samples, tubes and isolation protocols.

Item 2.

An efficient and easy maintained, easy to operate pipetting/liquid handling robot to reduce manual pipetting in routine pipetting protocols, and to complement the big workstation in pre- and after-isolation protocols and other related protocols.

Item 3.

The chemistry and labware to three main pipeline-protocols mentioned above. These are described in technical specifications.

Items 1 and 2 are the investment and must be delivered and installed with no unnecessary delay.

Item 3 is connected to the purchase and valued together with the instrumentation by quality and price calculated based on the numbers mentioned in specifications. However, this part with labware and chemicals will be a separate contract. We aim to finish these projects in 4 years.
