This contract is subject to renewal. Initial contract will be for five (5) years. After which it can be extended year by year basis by a written notice, but no more than for two (2) additional years. Contract period is thus 5+2 years.

Primary object of this procurement are the Data Center Network Switches, related software, pluggable transceivers for the switches and related software and hardware support. However, the Customer reserves an option to purchase IP -switching and routing related data communications equipment and accessories from the Vendor´s catalogue.
