Fingrid is operating 16 Rolls Royce Avon 1533-75L diesel #2 fuelled gas generators in twin pack configuration for grid stability reserve duty. In order to extend the service life and improve the reliability and availability of these installations the high pressure fuel delivery systems of these gas generators are to be modified by replacing them with heavy duty industrial equipment.
