Robotics for automation of library preparation for Next-generation sequencing (NGS) , 2 instruments

The aim is to have two liquid handling robots, one for pre-PCR and one for post-PCR laboratory space. The system package is expected to consist of two liquid handling robots for library preparation with computers, instrument software, delivery, set-up and user training for staff of up to 10 persons. The system package should contain minimum of three pre-validated library preparation workflows configured for pre-PCR and post-PCR separately. Specifications for instrument A (pre-PCR) and instrument B (post-PCR) are given separately.

The use of the options is at the sole discretion of the University.
