Turun yliopisto

University of Turku intends to purchase a whole slide scanner that is able to scan automatically histological microscopy slides in 7 channel widefield fluorescence, transmitted light brightfield and polarized light microscopy. The scanner is also able to scan geological thin section slides in brightfield and polarized light microscopy.

During the reference period, the economic operator has delivered the following principal deliveries of the type: Contracting authorities may require up to three years and allow experience dating from more than three years.: Tenderer is required to provide a list including at least five (5) completed deliveries of the same, or similar supplies (slide scanners in the same product family or type) over period of no longer than the preceding five (5) years, with details of their value, time and public or private recipient including recipients contact details. The Buyer reserves the right to contact the recipients in order to ascertain the successful fulfillment of the delivery.

The economic operator itself or any person who is a member of its administrative, management or supervisory body or has powers of representation, decision or control therein has been the subject of a conviction by final judgment for corruption, by a conviction rendered at the most five years ago or in which an exclusion period set out directly in the conviction continues to be applicable.

The economic operator is in arrangement with creditors.

The economic operator itself or any person who is a member of its administrative, management or supervisory body or has powers of representation, decision or control therein has been the subject of a conviction by final judgment for participation in a criminal organisation, by a conviction rendered at the most five years ago or in which an exclusion period set out directly in the conviction continues to be applicable.
