A request for rectification must be submitted to the contracting authority within 14 days of receiving the procurement decision. A complaint may be lodged with the Market Court within 14 days of receiving the procurement decision and the instructions for appeal. The appeal must be submitted in writing and must include the grounds for the complaint.
The Market Court may impose sanctions, including the annulment of the procurement decision, prohibition of contract signing, or financial compensation.
The review procedure is governed by the Finnish Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016).
