The agency services of non-Nordic printed books as an order-delivery process from the service provider to the customer at the delivery addresses specified by the customer. As well as related supplementary services ordered separately. The service provider must be able to provide books at least in the following languages: -English -German -French -Russian

Experience: The tender must be able to demonstrate experience of similar contracts to that discussed in the call for tender. All references must include information about the client and contact persons, a brief description of the project as well as a recommendation letter from the client. The recommendation letter must be signed by the client. The tenderer must supply no less than two (2) references of contracts similar to the one discussed in the call for tender.

Knowledge: The tenderer has knowledge about publishers of non-Nordic books and has a circle of contacts with these to ensure delivery
