Basic Engineering Services of a Hydrogen Pipeline

Gasgrid Finland Oy

The scope of the procurement covers the basic engineering of the following items of a hydrogen pipeline (subject to revisions):
- 5 kilometres of high pressure pipeline
- 12 kilometres of high pressure pipeline aligned with existing natural gas pipeline
- 5 kilometres of high pressure pipeline aligned with existing natural gas pipeline
- Pressure reduction and metering station including gas analyser
- Valve/pigging stations (4 pcs)
- Compressor station building and pipes. Compressor unit engineering will be provided by the customer.
The contract to be awarded will cover the basic engineering services for the whole scope.

- 5 kilometres of high pressure
The Project will be launched in February 2023. The target is to complete the preliminary cost estimate by the end of Q2/2023 and finalize basic engineering report on Q3/2023.
For other tasks the tender shall provide its estimation of the main schedule based on the information received.
The key assignments issued under the service agreement have been described in more detail in Annex 5 (Draft Scope of Work). The document is subject to changes during the procurement. The final scope of work will be provided with the final invitation to tender.

Vaihtoehtojen kuvaus:
In addition to description of the services, additional assignments, work orders and authorisations for engineering services regarding the hydrogen pipeline may be issued during the term of the service agreement. All additional services will be limited to the engineering tasks regarding the described hydrogen pipeline.
