Lyhyt kuvaus:

Pilatus PC-12 NG flight simulator training (recurrent training) at supplier's facility for year 2020.

1) Recurrent/upgrade training for 26 pilots including only simulator training;

2) 13 aircrews including 2 pilots each;

3) 3 slots, 4 hours each;

Totally 39 slots, 156 hours.

Total slots shall be divided between dry and wet lease as follows:

— 18 slots for dry lease principle,

— 21 slots for wet lease principle.

Additionally 3 courses for simulator teachers.

Option for years 2021 and 2022 with the same concept as year 2020.

Training schedule shall be organized as follows:

1) Year 2020: recurrent/upgrade training shall be held between weeks 33-38, 2020. If procurement process is delayed unexpectedly the training possibility should be valid until end of the year 2020;

2) Years 2021 and 2022: recurrent/upgrade training is scheduled initial between the beginning of May — end of June 2021 and 2022;

3) The training shall be held by customers own training program.

The training schedule shall be confirmed later on between the customer and the supplier.

The customer must collect the options by the end of February each year.

The customer shall notify the supplier in writing about using the option.

The options are subject to the same terms of contract as the first year 2020 services.

Uudistusten kuvaus:

The customer may collect the options for years 2021 and 2022.

The customer shall notify the supplier in writing about using the option by the end of February each year. The use of the option is at the sole discretion of the customer.

For year 2021;

For year 2022.

The expiry date of the option 2021 is 28.2.2021;

The expiry date of the option 2022 is 28.2.2022.

Sopimuksen toteuttaminen
Sopimuksen täytäntöönpanoehdot:

Any administrative decision of the customer on the awarding of the contract to be winning quotation and tenderer, shall not establish a contractual relationship between the parties. A binding contractual relationship between the parties shall be and shall be deemed to be established only after a valid procurement contract has been signed by and between the parties.

The Act of Public Contracts and Concession Contracts (the Public Contracts Act 1397/2016) 129 § states that the procurement contract can be signed at the earliest 14 days from the date on which the parties have been informed of the decision of the contracting entity (waiting time).

Before signing the contract, the winning tenderer will be requested to provide a statement referred in section 88 (4) of the Public Contracts Act (1397/2016) regarding mandatory criterias for exclusion referred to in section 80 of the Public Contracts Act (1397/2016).
