The target of the acquisition is a concept design and promotional material of the new science exhibition of the Arctic Centre.
The contractor (the successful tenderer) is expected to:
1) conceptualize and visualize the new science based permanent exhibition of the Arctic Centre according to a set of requirements described in the tender dossier;
2) propose alternative technical solutions that would support the implementation of the concept design according to a set of requirements described in the tender dossier;
3) produce visual and promotional materials of the concept design to approach possible funders and sponsors.
The tasks are expected to be carried out in very close cooperation with the main exhibition team and the work is carried out under the supervision of the exhibition designer. The tasks are also broken down in different steps including several rounds of consultation between the parties as described in the tender dossier.
The exhibition is located in the Arktikum house in Rovaniemi, Finland and its surface is approx. 1 000 m.
The expected deliverable is a complete concept design including the optional technical solutions in the format of a ‘recipe book’ as well as a set of visual materials including a brochure and leaflet of the concept design, a visual and electronic presentation of the concept to be addressed to funders and sponsors.
