1) Turbine disassembly, cleaning, inspection and measurements and re-assembly o 3 casings, 3 rotors, and 4 ESV, 6 CV and 1 rotary diaphragm o removal and assembly of steam pipes o bearings 6 o checking of the turbine shaft alignment o casings split surface blue check, 3 outer casings and 2 inner casings o checking of EH-converters, turbine inner measurement instruments, turbine protection hydraulics o calibration of IP relative expansion measure o overhaul of turning gear;

2) disassembly, cleaning and inspection and re-assembly of servomotors o 11 servomotors;

3) commission and hot start. The delivery must include also reporting and documentation of works e.g.: site meeting memos (weekly), measuring reports, explanation for all conducted repair works and changing of spare parts, photographs of stages of works and jobs done, certificates according to the inspection plan and possible recommendations for future operation and maintenance. DELIVERY TIME The overhaul shall be performed according to the contract. Supplier shall participate in commissioning of the plant. The following preliminary target schedule for the project is anticipated:

— Effective date (finalized Contract): January-February 2019,

— Start of overhaul: 22.4.2019,

— End of overhaul: 30.6.2019,

— Start up for turbine: approx. weeks 39-40/2019.

Customer shall inform the exact time and dates for testing based on Keljonlahti power plants start-up time. Announcement shall be made at least two (2) weeks before testing period. The Supplier shall provide a detailed time schedule and technical specification of the overhaul including known repair items.

Vaihtoehtojen kuvaus:

Supplier shall prepare an announcement of additional work. Turbine overhaul works as an option pricing (fixed price):

— IP rotor high speed balancing,

— Vibration measurements before and after overhaul,

— NDT-testing on-site, according to NDT-inspection plan,

— Scaffolding,

— Insulation and cladding Hourly based additional works,

— All repair works,

— Rotor and foundation alignment Customer keeps right to accept or reject the additional works.

Osallistumisehdot
Kelpoisuus harjoittaa ammattitoimintaa:

Supplier warrants that it will perform the overhaul works and other services under this overhaul work in timely and professional manner by and through competent and qualified personnel familiar with steam turbine and its operation, and the overhaul works and other services shall equal or exceed the standards generally observed in the industry for similar services.

Tekninen ja ammatillinen pätevyys:

Supplier must have at least two (2) references on similar (>100MW) steam turbine overhaul deliveries during five (5) years period of time. Overhaul finished during 1.12.2013 — 30.11.2018. At least one of these overhauls must have been done to LMZ manufactured turbine. Share of subcontracting is less than 50 % of major overhaul (calculated in working hours).

Vähimmäistaso(t):

Supplier is compliant with ISO 14001 requirements. Customer aims to minimise the environmental impacts of its energy production and supply. Supplier shall comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations which are related to Suppliers performance. Supplier shall use packing and packaging material that can be recycled.

Sopimuksen toteuttaminen
Vaadittavat vakuudet ja takuut:

Supplier shall procure and maintain in full force and effect all insurance coverages. Supplier shall maintain at minimum the following insurance coverage:

a) Builder’s All Risk Insurance: one million EUR (1 000 000 EUR);

b) Property Damage Insurance: one million Euros (1 000 000 EUR);

c) General Liability incl. Product Liability Insurance: one million Euros (1 000 000 EUR);

d) Directors and Officers Liability Insurance: one million Euros (1 000 000 EUR) Supplier guarantees (2 years) the appropriateness and quality of the works and materials delivered.

Supplier shall always be fully liable for any personal injuries. Supplier shall provide Customer with overhaul time surety with the amount of 10 % of the total project price at contract signature (before Customer first payment). Supplier shall provide Customer with warranty time surety with the amount of 10 % of the total project price, before last payment.

Sopimuksen täytäntöönpanoehdot:

Supplier shall provide Customer with all necessary information as required by Act on the Contractor’s Liability in force in Finland. Supplier shall also be responsible for compliancy of such law in its use of Subcontractors. Supplier shall follow all tax laws in force in Finland and provide any reports required by authorities. Delivery shall be considered to be taken over and accepted when it is performed according to the contract. Customer shall provide its written acceptance after Supplier has performed all the tests specified in the NDT Inspection Plan and all tests are passed. The Overhaul shall not be deemed delivered until documentation has been provided by Supplier and accepted by Customer. The governing language of this Contract and the correspondence between the Parties shall be English unless otherwise agreed between the Parties.
