Kotka Maritime Research Association invites you to submit a tender for carrying out the stakeholder mapping and management for the EU-funded project Complete. Qualified external service provider will be sought to carry out the stakeholder mapping /analysis and establishing and managing the stakeholder group. External service provider will moderate the demanding stakeholder meetings and discussions.
