The laboratory is looking for an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) for measuring the elemental composition of material surfaces and analyzing the binding states of the elements. Typical sample matrixes are powders of functional nanomaterials, thin films and coatings. The application areas of these samples include (but are not limited to) biomedicine, water environmental protection, and energy storage.
