The purpose of the equipment is to measure critical dimensions (CD) and alignment accuracy (Overlay) of the photolithography-patterned features on silicon wafers or other similar substrates. The objective of the tender process is to find a professional supplier that can guarantee a high standard of quality for silicon wafers.
VTT will choose 1 supplier from among the tenderers for two (2) years contract period. After the contract period, VTT reserves the right to extend the contract with two (1 + 1) optional years, one (1) year at a time. The objective is to get the agreement into force in September 2016 at the latest.
