Finn Church Aid is looking to establish a framework agreement with a Digital Marketing Service provider for a maximum period of 4 years. The services covered by the agreement include the following: • Google Ads (keyword advertising) - Including keyword research, creating a campaign structure, planning and implementing advertisements, monitoring and optimizing advertising profitability, monitoring the competitive situation, monthly report • Google Display Network - Including responsive and image ads, building campaigns, targeting, planning and segmentation, creating remarketing audiences, selection of landing pages according to the purchase path, continuous optimization • Google Ads YouTube video advertising - Including planning and segmentation of targeting, creation of remarketing audiences, planning and implementation of advertising, continuous optimization, exclusion of ineffective targeting • Google Marketing Platform Programmatic buying - Including the construction of native and banner advertising, audience planning and selection of media space to be purchased, analytics and goal tracking for advertising, continuous development, planning of new audiences, and testing of audience and media options • Facebook and Instagram advertising - Planning and implementation of channel-specific measurement with Google Tag Manager, Smartly tool (incl. Smartly Automated Ads and Budget Allocation features), thorough creation of target groups according to buyer personas, possible automatic campaigns: dynamic ads and product feeds, design and implementation of ads, optimization of advertising, advertising monitoring of cost effectiveness, scaling of the advertising account according to the ROAS goal when agreed, boosting of organic content produced by the client when agreed, monthly report
