200 mm and 150 mm wafer processing including the following processes:

• LPCVD Low-Temperature Oxide (Silicon dioxide) LTO;

• LPCVD (Phosphorus-Silicate Glass) PSG;

• LPCVD (Boron doped Phosphorus-Silicate Glass) BPSG, to be possibly added later.

The required properties are low and controllable particle level, small footprint. The LTO/PSG furnace must be able to process thin films for the fabrication of optically and electrically active device.
