The following services will be purchased (estimated number of analysis per year in parentheses). Quality control measurement, library preparation and high — throughput sequencing for Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS, ~ 50 and 10 FFPE samples), Whole Exome Sequencing (WES, ~ 10 samples), custom target DNA and RNA sequencing (Tarseq, ~50 DNA samples, 25 RNA samples), RNA sequencing (RNA-seq, ~50 samples) and Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Sequencing (ChIP-seq, ~250 samples) and quality control measurement and high – throughput sequencing for HiChIP (5 samples), Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin sequencing (ATACseq) (15 samples) and single-nucleus ATACseq (10 samples) services. The study is part of ongoing Academy of Finland Center of Excellence in Tumor Genetics project led by Professor Lauri Aaltonen at the University of Helsinki. The project builds on existing data received from previous sequencing projects by Tumor Genomics laboratory which was produced according to the procedures described in the invitation to tender section ‘Content of the services’. An open-ended agreement will be signed of the services. One or many services will be ordered in smaller batches. For each order a separate sub-agreement needs to be prepared and signed to define requested services, number of samples, up-to-date prices and deadline for data delivery. Customer has an option to terminate the agreement, in this case the agreement ends 4 months after the termination message have been sent. The supplier has an option to terminate the agreement after 1 year of agreement period has passed. In case of agreement termination by the supplier the agreement ends 12 months after the supplier has messaged of the termination request.
