The object of the tender process is a laser vibrometer for MEMS characterisation.

The object of the tender process is a laser vibrometer for MEMS characterisation. VTT requires a measurement system for a three-dimensional analysis of vibrations of MEMS components such as accelerometers, gyroscope, micro-mirrors, PMUT/CMUT array, etc. over a wide bandwidth. The system must have capabilities to measure and analyze in-plane and out of the plane motions in high resolutions. The system must include measurement head, controller, motorised XYZ probing platform (for small samples and wafers up to 200 mm), PC, data management system, data analysis software and post processing tool. The tool must be compatible with an ISO 4 cleanroom.
