The object of the purchase is an optimizing shift planning system and support and maintenance after delivery.
The system has to include creating, calculating and maintaining rosters, shift planning and reporting. The system has to be able to read traffic and other information from other systems and take in account the required competencies. The system has to take into account contract terms such as flexitime and rotating shift patterns. The system has to take into account the working time law and collective agreements and calculate different working hours like evening, night and Sunday hours. Access rights have to be flexible and contain different user groups. The actual working hours can be transferred to the wages calculation system.
