ECHA secretariat needs flexible support to address emerging regulatory challenges related to the (eco)toxicological assessments of substances. Within the changing regulatory landscape, new hazard properties need to be addressed (e.g. neurotoxicity, immunotoxicity, endocrine disruption) which require specific scientific and technical expertise in order to assess and identify these specific adverse properties.
