The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland (hereinafter referred also as "MFA", "Contracting Authority" or "Customer") requests candidates to submit a request to participate for a procurement of EU Visa Stickers (Finland). The procurement will be carried out through a restricted procedure in accordance with Section 3 (1) (9) of the Finnish Public Defence and Security Procurements Act (1531/2011, hereinafter "PUTU Act").
