ÅRTV HD projekt (Ålands Radio och TV AB)
Ålands Radio och TV AB (ÅRTV) kommer att sända TV-kanaler i HD-kvalitet. För att göra detta möjligt måste en ny sändare, ny headend och övervakningsutrustning förvärvas.
