qPCR-based library quantitation reagents for whole exome sequencing

The purpose of this Call for Tender is to request tenders on qPCR-based library quantitation reagents for whole exome sequencing.
Library quantitation reagents are requested for Illumina-type libraries that contain P5 and P7 adapter sequences, including qPCR master mix with dsDNA binding dye, primers to amplify the library and reference samples for constructing a standard curve.
Partial tenders are not allowed. Only one (1) Supplier will be selected.
Full details of the requirements for the procurement are described in the section Procurement object criteria.
The object of contract are library quantitation reagents used for the diagnostic whole exome sequencing (WES) NGS pipelines of HUS Diagnostic Center, Laboratory of Genetics. The pipeline is used for preparing high quality sample libraries for Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencer. The HUSLAB WES workflow is based on a target enrichment step using hybridization probes to enrich DNA fragments originating from the genomic Regions of Interest (RoI). HUSLAB WES is used for high sensitivity variant detection of both germline and somatic DNA variations.
HUSLAB WES process throughput is estimated to be 2000 samples in one year. The Contracting Entity estimates that orders will be made two (2) times per year, as separate orders so that separate order includes supplies needed for six (6) month use.
INTENDED USE
The reagents offered will be used the the HUSLAB WES process for accurate quantification of sequencing libraries, which is essential for optimal flow cell loading and sequencing yield.
The NGS pipelines using the Components allow for HUS Diagnostic Center to build NGS pipelines fulfilling the accreditation requirements of SFS-EN ISO 15189:2012.
