Hepatitis A Vaccine (HAV) for children/adolescents and adults 2023 - 2025 (2025 - 2027)

The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (hereinafter ”STM”) and Finnish institute for health and welfare (hereinafter "THL" or “Customer” ) request your tender for Hepatitis A Vaccine (HAV) belonging to the National Vaccination Programme in Finland.
The contract period is about two years 2023−2025. The procurement contains two options (1+1) to extend the contract for the periods 2025−2026 and 2026−2027.
Estimated quantity for the contract period including option is 2700 doses (2000 doses for adults and 700 doses for children/adolescents). Customer reserves the right to increase or decrease the ordered numbers of doses by up to 20%.
The contract will be awarded to one Supplier based on a comparison of tenders. Tender that is economically the most advantageous will win the competition.

The purpose of STM and the Customer is to procure Hepatitis A Vaccine (HAV) required for the National Vaccination Programme in Finland. The tendered vaccines must be suitable for children and adults.
More information about National Vaccination Programme and vaccinations can be found on the website of the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare:
The Customer will implement the procurement on behalf of STM. The roles of STM and Customer are described in more detail in section "Presentation of the contracting authority".
The subject of procurement and the mandatory requirements relating to it are described in detail in this Call for Tender and its annexes. The contract will be awarded to one Supplier based on a comparison of tenders.
Tenders will be compared in the manner described in section "Grounds for decision" of the Call for Tenders.
Kesto: 24 kuukautta
Uudistusten kuvaus:
The procurement contains two option years (1+1) to extend the contract. Estimated quantity for each option period is 675 doses (500 doses for adults and 175 doses for children/adolescents) +/- 20%. The Customer can extend the contract one or two years at a time.
