9. Makes the procurement decision and notifies all tenderers of the decision
10. Requests and verifies the certificates and clarifications concerning suitability from the tenderer who submitted the best tender
11. Concludes the procurement contract with the winning tenderer.
If, in the tendering procedure, only tenders that do not comply with the call for tenders have been received, or if the tenders cannot be accepted, the contracting entity may, at its discretion, move to the negotiated procedure in accordance with the Procurement Act.
