Lyhyt kuvaus
The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom is updating inland nautical charts of lake basins located in Northern Savonia (Konnevesi, Pohjois-Konnevesi, Kiesimä, Sonkari, Vesantojärvi, Niinivesi, Pohjois-Niinivesi, Iisvesi, Virmasvesi, Rasvanki, Kuttajärvi, Nilakka and Pielavesi). Carrying out the update requires procuring comprehensive depth information of the lakes.
The purpose of this procurement is to carry out an areal hydrographic surveying including data processing and deliveries in the areas specified in the invitation to tender.
The tenderer is asked to give a tender for:
1) Fixed price (French type) -procurement and
2) Option work: daily rate price (12h) of field survey work and respective data processing.
NOTE 1: The minimum amount of areas to be offered for an accepted tender is defined in Attachment 9, Quotation Form (minimum bid).
NOTE 2: The price for Option work is required to be offered for a tender to be accepted.
1) FIXED PRICE
Tenderer is asked to bid surveying areas for the given fixed price. The bidded areas will be given in the Attachment 9, Quotation form. The last bidded area can be given as a percentage of the area, so that the total price of tender equals to the fixed price.
Fixed price is 700 000,00 euro (VAT 0%).
All the field survey work of bidded areas must be carried out during 2026.
Part of the data shall be delivered in the end of 2026 and all data deliveries shall be finalized 2027 according the contract. The schedule for the survey work and deliveries is stated in the contract -attachment (attachment 11).
The selection criteria for the winning bid is presented in the section "Other information, Grounds for decision".
The areas to be bidded are defined in attached charts and shape-files (Attachment 1).
The purpose is to perform hydrographic surveys inside the given area borders. Areas shallower than 2,5 m in given vertical reference are not required to be surveyed.
2) OPTION
Tenderer is asked to give a daily rate price (12 h) of field survey work and respective data processing as option work.
The price will be given in the Attachment 9, Quotation form.
Option work, field survey work and data deliveries, shall be carried out during 2027.
Approximately 300 000,00 (VAT 0%) euro is planned to be reserved for option in 2027.
Tenderer shall establish one water level-station in Kiesimä area. A sufficient equipment type is a water level scale, which shall be leveled to the N2000-vertical reference frame. The required leveling distances are about 0.5 km for each water level scale. For Konnevesi area there is already an existing water level station which is operated by the Finnish Environmental Institute.
All the field survey work and data processing shall be performed following FIS-44/2021 Order 1b requirements as stated in the technical specifications.
The hydrographic surveys are to be performed with a professional quality MBES system and in a professional manner.
