The objective of the procurement agreement is PR agency services for these two (2) different themes: Lot 1: Happy Helsinki – Culture & Society Lot 2: Helsinki as a Global Platform for Sustainable Growth & Innovation The Customer selects four (4) suppliers for both lots with whom it will enter into an framework agreement. The subject of the procurement, the relevant contract terms and requirements are described in more detail in the procurement documents and its annexes. The tenderer may leave its tender to both lots and may be selected for both lots. The supplier may also be a consortium or a group of tenderers. The contract period starts from signing the agreement and is valid for 48 months. The estimated starting date of the agreement period is spring 2026. The values presented are estimates, and the agreement does not constitute a mandatory purchase obligation for the Customer or an exclusive right for the selected service providers to provide the Service.

Name of the inquirer, or other information concerning the tenderer, will not be revealed in connection with questions and answers. The responses and answers to the questions will be published on Hilma. Each tenderer is responsible to look the questions and answers given and to utilizes themselves of any specified information when submitting the tender.
The publicity of procurement documents is regulated by the Act on the Openness of Government Activities (621/1999). The total comparison price of the tender cannot be a trade secret, and information on the total comparison price must always be provided.
