These fundamental aims will be achieved by procuring one suitable vaccine for the National Immunisation Program.
According to the Communicable Diseases Act (1227/2016), the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare is obliged to supervise the implementation of the National Immunisation Program and other general vaccinations, and to monitor the implementation and impact of these vaccinations. For practical and effective implementation and supervision of the National Immunisation Program, it is appropriate to procure one suitable vaccine.

If the Supplier has modified vaccine available/releases a modified vaccine during the contract period, the Parties may agree to substitute the Article with the modified vaccine.
