Sanctions: The Supplier confirms that neither it, nor any person exercising control, representation, decision-making, or supervision within the company, is subject to sanctions imposed by the European Union, the United Nations ("UN"), the United States, or Finnish authorities (including trade sanctions or asset freezing decisions).

The same applies to any subcontractors involved in the performance of the contract, including persons in control or key roles within those subcontractors.

The Supplier further confirms that it is not directly or indirectly owned or controlled by a sanctioned entity.

The Supplier agrees to immediately notify the Customer if any such sanctions are imposed or become applicable during the procurement process or the contract period.

The Client has the right to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect if the Supplier or its subcontractors become subject to any such sanctions during the contract period.
