The University of Helsinki needs an information system or systems to support the following areas of teaching planning and facilities processes: 1. Curriculum design 2. TEACHING PROGRAMME DESIGN 3. TIMETABLING AND FACILITY BOOKING 4. Other possible elements related to the organisation of teaching and sessions, as well as facilities This request for information primarily concerns system support related to 2) teaching programme design and/or 3) timetabling and facility booking. The information system offered can cover either or both of these areas. We are also interested in hearing about solutions related to areas 1 and 4 if they include applicable features or can be directly integrated with solutions for areas 2 and 3. In addition, it must be possible to integrate the information system or systems with other University systems, such as the Sisu student information system. The results of the efforts in areas 1 to 3 (and, to a certain degree, area 4), namely completed curricula, teaching programmes and timetables, are presented to students and staff in Sisu. Please refer to the attached process and requirements definition in the document entitled ‘Description’ In your reply, return the document entitled "Questions for suppliers" with your answers added into the document.

No compensation will be paid to suppliers for making an offer, presenting it, or participating in the procedure in any other way. The tender documents are available in English but offers can be submitted in English or in Finnish.
