The lottery tickets are divided into three sections. Both selected printing houses must be able to supply all lottery tickets in all three sections. One printing house is selected to supply the lottery tickets for section 1 and the other printing house is selected to supply the lottery tickets for section 2. One of these two printing houses also supplies the lottery tickets for section 3. Both selected printing houses will act as a reserve supplier for each other if the other supplier is unable to fulfill their obligations.
PLEASE NOTE: Veikkaus will send samples of the current lottery tickets to the Printing houses on request. If a Printing house wants to receive sample tickets, it must send a request about this by e-mail to hankinnat@veikkaus.fi on 24.10.2025 at the latest.

- Additional information on questions related to the procurement: Veikkaus expects to be able to provide the answers by 6th of November 2025.
- If the Tenderer isn't currently supplying lottery tickets to Veikkaus, The Tenderer must send 400 sample (printed) tickets equivalent for each game to Veikkaus by 5.12.2025
- All Tenderers must send to Veikkaus a proof and a final printed ticket of the same ticket design. The chosen ticket design should represent Tenderer's highest 4CP quality. The scratch-off area and the background of the ticket must have same colours. The proofs and printed tickets must be delivered to Veikkaus by 5.12.2025.
