The partner is selected using a competitive, open, and non-discriminatory tender process. The advisor’s duties include developing the tender process together with Metsähallitus, leading the process, providing strategic advice, and bringing projects to financial close. The commercial advisor's main task is complete when the tender process for all project areas have been successfully completed and a partner has been selected. Acceptable reference includes implementation that have been completed no more than five (5) years before the contract notice publication date. A reference related to financing arrangements only does not fulfil this requirement.
Where any details relating to previous contract/assignment is considered confidential, Tenderers must ensure that they have provided sufficient information to allow the Contracting Authority to evaluate the similarity of the contract to the present requirements.
