The tenderer's economical standing and financial solvency shall be sufficient to provide the products and services covered by the Agreement. A tenderer's economical standing and financial solvency are considered sufficient if the tenderer's risk rating is 1-3 in Suomen Asiakastieto Oy's Risk Indicator.
The tenderer's economical standing and financial solvency may also be assessed on the basis of financial statements and/or other reports which may be provided on request and on the basis of information obtained by the contracting authority on its own initiative.
A tenderer with a risk rating of 5 in Suomen Asiakastieto Oy's Risk Indicator or whose economical standing and financial solvency are estimated to correspond to risk rating 5, shall be excluded from the procurement procedure.

The tenderer shall have experience on successfully delivering at least two (2) gas chromatography mass spectrometers. The reference customers shall have accepted the deliveries between 8th of May 2021 and 7th of May 2024.

The tenderer shall have at least ten (10) hours of experience on repairing gas chromatography mass spectrometer(s). The repairing shall be carried out between 8th of May 2021 and 7th of May 2024.
The experience requirements relating to the technical and professional qualifications of the tenderer are set out in more detail in Appendix B "References" of the Call for Tenders. The tenderer shall meet all the reference requirements set for the experience of the tenderer.
The tenderer shall complete the "References" form attached to the Call for Tenders in accordance with the instructions and requirements set out therein. The "References" form shall be uploaded as an annex to the tender under the tab "Other terms and conditions" of the eTendering system.
If the tender is submitted as a group , the members of the group may meet reference requirements together. If the tender is submitted as a group, the member of the group responsible for submitting the tender shall send the ESPD form in the eTendering system for completion by the other members of the group. See Appendix C "Instructions for ESPD form" of the Call for Tenders.
The tenderer may rely on the resources of other entities (resource units) to meet reference requirement if the tenderer itself does not fulfill the requirements.
