FinnHEMS Lentopalvelut Oy (FinnHEMS Flight Services Ltd), a company organised under the laws of Finland (hereinafter “FinnHEMS” or “Customer”) is providing Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (“HEMS”) at seven helicopter bases in Finland. Eight base is planned to open in the first quarter of 2026. Currently FinnHEMS operates four H145- and five EC135- helicopters. FinnHEMS is launching this request for quotation to procure aviation insurance brokerage services (hereinafter “Brokerage Services”).

Brokerage Services shall include at least but not limited to: 1) Advisory and advocacy services, 2) insurance policy update and renewal, negotiation of terms and conditions, 3) claims handling and adjusting and 4) insurance coverage planning and tendering. The insurance brokerage service shall cover at least the following customer insurance programs (hereinafter “Insurance Programs”): 1. Hull All Risk and Third Party Liability Insurances (including coverage for Spares and hangar keepers liability), 2. Aviation Hull War and Allied Perils Insurances and 3. Personal Accident Insurances for the Crew. Current insurances expire 31.3.2025. More information of insurances in question is attached to this RFQ.

Licensed Insurance Broker: The Tenderer shall be a licensed Insurance Broker with an operating approval in EU area. Certificate / Document of eligibility shall be uploaded to the Portal.
Finnish Broker Registry: The Tenderer shall be listed in the Insurance Broker Registry maintained by the Finland Financial Supervisory Authority or equivalent registry of the Broker's country of registration. Certificate / Document of eligibility shall be uploaded to the Portal.
