ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL STANDING: The tenderer must have a minimum credit rating of A (satisfactory) on a scale AAA - C or equivalent, rated by a well known and established credit rating agency, for example "Suomen Asiakastieto Oy".
If the tenderer's credit rating is not available by any before mentioned rating agency, the tenderers situation will be evaluated through the last 2 audited financial statements and/or another similar statement.

Tenderer's reference requirements: The tenderer must provide two (2) customer references where they have delivered a solution similar to what is being requested in the RFP. Both references must fulfil all the requirements a) - e):
a) The reference solution must include the implementation project and the support and maintenance services.
b) The reference solution provided has been operational in the production environment for a minimum of one year.
c) The reference solution provided must have a similar amount of events, i.e. minimum of 1 billion events per average month.
d) The reference customer must be a media company with web and streaming media, and the tenderer has worked in compliance with EU laws and regulations.
e) The reference solution must be implemented as a first-party customer event data solution for the reference.
Please fill in the information required on the references on appendix 5 (Reference requirements) of the RFP.
