Helsinki Partners Oy (hereinafter also "HP" or "Contracting Entity") requests tenderers to provide a tender for Marketing Communications Services (hereinafter also "Service") according to this Call for Tenders.The subject of the procurement, requirements (in particular Annex 1) and the relevant contract terms (in particular Annex 0) are described in more detail in the procurement documents and its annexes. The procurement is divided into lots as follows: 1. Conceptualisation, planning, development and implementation of marketing communications 2A. Design, development and implementation of digital content for the website 2B. Design, development and implementation of digital content for social media 2C. Design, development and implementation of digital content for video production 3. Purchasing, planning, implementation, development and consulting for digital advertising Tenderer may leave its tender to several lots and may be selected for more than one lot-specific framework agreement. The Contracting Entity selects service providers to a lot-specific framework agreement as described in more detail in Annex 1. The service provider may also be a consortium or a group of tenderers. The lot-specific contract period starts from signing and is valid 48 months.
