Leading commercial advisor's main task is to lead Metsähallitus' partner selection process for offshore wind power projects in the international market. The partner is selected using a competitive, open and non-discriminatory tender process. The advisor’s duties include developing the tender process together with Metsähallitus, leading the process, providing strategic advice and bringing tender processes to financial close.

In 2023 Metsähallitus will start the allocation process for the project rights of two to three selected areas of the total 1-5 potential ones. The commercial advisor's main task is complete when the tender process for selected two to three project areas have been successfully completed and a partners has been selected.

Metsähallitus is looking for an experienced and competent advisor that can deliver reliable and efficient services as described. One supplier will be chosen as a result of this bidding competition.
