VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd

VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd (hereinafter “VTT”) is using photomasks for research projects and in a small-scale production needs. The photomasks are used in Micronova cleanroom, located in Espoo, Finland (http://www.micronova.fi). The cleanroom is equipped with standard semiconductor industry process equipment including Canon FPA3000-i4 5x wafer stepper and three (3) mask aligners. End products are for example active silicon devices, radiation detectors, MEMS devices and various thin film devices.
VTT uses different types of photomasks. The technical specifications of the photomasks are described in Annex 1. The estimated needs for the photomasks for the next 12 months are about 450-550 pcs . The highest needs are for the masks 5RB, 5RD, and 7MB.
With this tender process, VTT is searching for a supplier capable of supplying photomasks for VTT’s needs. The objective is to find one (1) professional supplier that can guarantee a high standard of quality and who is capable of providing the photomasks as described in this invitation to tender.

Uudistusten kuvaus:

The contract period is two (2) years. After the contract period, VTT reserves the right to extend the contract with two (2) optional years, one year at a time (1+1).
