The delivery shall include complete design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality control, seaworthy packaging, transportation and forwarding to the site, erection and installation of equipment, supervision of the works, tuning, commissioning, trial run and training of the Purchaser’s operating and maintenance personnel, completion of the Works (including options) and Taking Over complete with components and auxiliaries to the extent provided by this Invitation to Tender and its appendices.
