Ministry of the Environment requests your tender for the Digitalising LCA - Task 3 activities of project "Nordic harmonisation of life cycle assessment". The work will begin by January 2023 and be finalized by the July of 2024, unless otherwise jointly agreed. Task 3 includes the following subtasks: • 3.1 Guidance for BIM-based LCA and material declaration • 3.2 Reference buildings for BIM and LCA tools • 3.3 Training and online learning for BIM-based LCA The more detailed description of the project is given in the Annex 1 "Description of the task 3". The main language of the project is English. The experts conducting the work should also have a sufficient knowledge of both Finnish and Swedish. Ministry of the Environment will select one (1) supplier, with whom it will conclude a contract. The total compensation for task 3 is 5 000 000 NOK (VAT 0%), divided into annual budgets. The sum will be divided for calendar year of the project and made available through separate decision of the funder. The sum is subject to a positive financing decision of the Nordic Innovation to be concluded each year separately. Annual budgets are conditional to the distribution of funds from the Nordic Innovation and the Nordic Council of Ministers.
