Contracting authority i.e. Joint Authority of the Helsinki and Uusimaa Hospital District (hereinafter referred to as ‘HUS’) is requesting tenderers to submit a tender in accordance with this call for tenders and annexes thereto of a surgical microscope used in the long lasting reconstructive plastic microsurgeries. In addition to the system, the object of the procurement includes sterile cover bags for the microscope.
The object of the procurement includes also the following additional procurement options:
— HUS has the ability to conclude a maintenance contract after the warranty period of the system. HUS decides on the exercise of the option with a separate decision.

The object of the procurement includes also the following additional procurement options:

— HUS has the ability to conclude a maintenance contract after the warranty period of the system. HUS decides on the exercise of the option with a separate decision.

The object of the procurement is one (1) surgical microscope suitable for especially long lasting reconstructive plastic microsurgeries. The microscope will be used in the HUS Park Hospital Surgery Department. The microscope must have particularly high magnification feature and good ergonomics as it will be used for suturing extremely small blood vessels, lymphatics and nerves. Especially suturing lymphatics and nerves requires a particularly high magnification surgical microscope.

In addition to the system, the object of procurement consists of the sterile cover bags for the microscope for which an indefinite contract will be signed with the selected supplier. The contract is intended to cover the entire life cycle of the system.

The object of the procurement and all the requirements are described in detail in the Call for tenders and annexes thereto.

Vaihtoehtojen kuvaus:

HUS has the right to conclude a maintenance contract after the warranty period of the device from the selected supplier. Parties will sign a contract in accordance with the contract terms defined in the Annex 8 (Maintenance agreement draft). HUS decides on the exercise of the option with a separate decision.
