Online Learning Services
VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd
The object of the procurement is an online learning service that includes a learning platform with a variety of courses to support the competence and learning of highly educated researchers from a large variety of substance areas and experts from the support functions. The service must also include content suggestions for VTTers as well as technical support for both VTT admins and learners as described in the invitation to tender documents.
The service must have a separate learning platform provided by the supplier; the supplier will provide the service, the platform (system) to VTT as cloud service (SaaS). The system is a ready software that will be adapted to VTT without technical customizations. The procurement will cover the service and the platform, their implementation, maintenance and version updates. The supplier is responsible of the total service.
