Hepatitis A and B Vaccine 2022-2024 (2025, 2026)

The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (hereinafter ‘STM’) and Finnish institute for health and welfare (hereinafter ‘THL’ or ‘Customer’) request your tender for Hepatitis A and B combination Vaccine belonging to the National Vaccination Programme in Finland.
The contract period is about 2 years 2022-2024. The procurement contains two options to extend the contract for the periods 2025 and 2026.
Estimated quantity for the contract period including option is 10 000 (+/- 20 %) doses for adults and 1 000 (+/- 20 %) doses for children (2 + 1 + 1 years). Customer reserves the right to increase or decrease the ordered numbers of doses by up to 20 %.
The contract will be awarded to one supplier based on a comparison of tenders. Tender that is economically the most advantageous will win the competition. The contract award criterion is lowest total price for the contract period.
Please note that all times given in the call for tender refer to local time in Finland.

The purpose of STM and the Customer is to procure Hepatitis A and B combination vaccine required for the National Vaccination Programme in Finland for risk groups.

The Customer will implement the procurement on behalf of STM. The roles of STM and customer are described in more detail in section ‘Presentation of the contracting authority’.
The subject of procurement and the mandatory requirements relating to it are described in detail in this Call for Tender and its annexes. The contract will be awarded to one Supplier based on a comparison of tenders.
Contract period
The contract´s duration is about 2 years. Estimated quantity for the contract period is 5 000 (+/- 20 %) doses for adults and 500 (+/- 20 %) doses for children. The Customer reserves the right to increase or decrease the ordered numbers of doses by up to 20 %.

The contract period shall enter into force once the contract has been signed, and expire when all contractual duties have been performed. After the contract period, the Customer reserves the right for the option described in section ‘Description of renewals’.

The procurement contains two option years (1 + 1) to extend the contract. Estimated quantity for each option period is 2 500 (+/- 20 %) doses for adults and 250 (+/- 20 %) doses for children. The Customer can extend the contract one or 2 years at a time.
