The subject of procurement is a commodity price service for the NESA’s needs. The NESA has a need to monitor the value of emergency stockpiles and other commodities that it owns. The commodity price service will be used to monitor the prices of energy, chemicals, metals and grain, among others. In addition to price data, the NESA needs analysis material and assessments of how different markets will develop in the future. To support trade transactions, the NESA needs market price data, on the basis of which market prices and sales prices can be assessed for decision-making purposes. The subject of procurement also includes consulting, training and continuous support for the commodity price service.
