Veikkaus is looking for new sustainable and operational POS gaming terminals, together with their remote monitoring and management system (provided as a SaaS model), as well as turnkey services for the entire life cycle of the terminals and systems.

After procurement decision and before signing of contract Veikkaus will test the winning tenderer's terminal against mandatory technical requirements qiven in this call for tenders. If the test terminals fails to meet given criteria, Veikkaus will exclude winning tenderer from tendering and rectify it's procurement decision accordingly.
The winning tenderer must verifiably ship two test terminals within seven days from the procurement decision.
Contract must be signed within 30 days of procurement decision.
Within seven days after contract is signed, verifiable shipping of two more terminals configured with the given mandatory and scorable technical requirements is required for further validation and testing. These terminals must function as described in winning tenderer's proposal. These terminals are validated and tested according to the given mandatory and scorable requirements. (Not all scorable requirements are not tested, see details in Annex 9 General Agreement Section 15).
If the test terminals do not function as described in tender, Veikkaus may return test terminals and cancel the contract with immediate effects without any compensation to tenderer. term for delivery of test terminals is Incoterms 2010 DDP Veikkaus Helsinki.
Only the winning tenderer's terminals are required.

Veikkaus is planning to replace the current three (3) retailer terminals with one new terminal. Veikkaus intends to purchase approximately 4 500 retailer terminals with their management system (RMM system). Indications of purchase volumes are estimations and shall not be considered obliging for Veikkaus. Veikkaus is also looking for turnkey services for the whole life cycle of the terminals and systems. Veikkaus is currently rebuilding and combining the retail gaming services into its own retail sales software (electron application), which will be implemented into new terminals.

The terms of the procurement agreement is fixed-term and definite in duration for 48 months after which the procurement agreement will automatically continue in force for an indefinite period of time with the possibility for both parties to terminate the agreement with a notice of termination (nine months for the customer and 12 months for the supplier).
