The service provider, partner, shall nominate a full-time (7,5 hours/day) dedicated resource to be responsible for the strategic advisor role including the communication between Business Finland’s mega opportunities initiative including its team members as well as subsequent Finnish enterprises. The partner shall keep the mega opportunities team and Finnish enterprises informed about the status and news related to the above-mentioned issues with the help of webinars, workshops, newsletters and other suitable agreed means of communication.
The partner shall further give generic level advice to the Finnish enterprises in above-mentioned subjects.
Business Finland Oy will define, lead and guide the actions taken in the markets. The amount of workload might vary depending on the need of the mega opportunities initiative, but for the time being and until further written notice, the minimum work amount is 1 full-time resource. Additional resources can be utilized to support the implementation of agreed services.

The contract is valid until further notice. The termination notification shall be given with 4 months prior and is valid for both parties.
