In order to maintain its leading position in low temperature and quantum technology research, Aalto University needs a large diameter dilution refrigerator that allows multiuser usage and realization of complex quantum circuits experiments. This refrigerator would serve as a platform for multiuser research which requires a dedicated, specialised setup to satisfy requirements of infrastructure users. The development and investigation of different quantum systems require an extended set of cryogenic electronics, dedicated optical input/output lines and different wiring operating both in the GHz and low frequency ranges.
